Conceptual workflow for the planned SilkPerturb and SilkCellFM research loop. Material state, pre-treatment cell state, and experimental context are encoded and combined to generate multitask evidence. Safety, uncertainty, out-of-distribution, and manufacturability criteria act as decision gates before constrained candidate retrieval and prospective validation. Both successful and failed validation evidence is intended to inform the next round of data and model updates. This figure presents the project design, not an experimental dataset or validated model result.

Current stage

The current stage has completed the scientific rationale, public-data audit, data schema, evaluation principles, two-year roadmap, and original conceptual figures. SilkPerturb measurements, trained SilkCellFM weights, prospective experiments, and validated performance results are planned future work rather than completed outputs.
